Letter of Good Standing
You may request an official written verification of a license by filling out a Letter of Good Standing / Verification of License request form:
The verification may be provided under agency seal, if requested.
Fee Information
The fee is $45.00 regardless of the number of written letters you request at one time. We will send a letter of good standing to multiple states for one $45.00 fee if requested on the same form.
TBVME may charge a fee for written documents provided under the Public Information Act. Payment of any fees is due prior to providing the requested documents.
