Register a Temporary Clinic

Overview

Board Rule §573.71 requires notification to the Board prior to the operation of a Temporary Limited-Service Clinic. The veterinarian holding the clinic is required to provide notification at least 48 hours before the clinic begins operation.

Submitting Multiple Temporary Clinics?

If you need to submit multiple temporary clinics at once, you must now complete the process through our online portal.

Once logged in, select “Temporary Clinic Bulk Upload” from the navigation menu.
On that page, you can:

• Download the CSV template
• Fill out one row per clinic (no blank rows)
• Upload the completed file directly to our system

Please ensure all Clinic Date fields follow this format:
YYYY-MM-DD (e.g., 2025-04-30).
To set this format in Excel, use Format Cells > Custom > yyyy-mm-dd.
